Our Policy
Cancellation
A deposit is required which will be included in your service, to hold certain hair appointments. A 48 hours cancellation policy is enforced with these appointments. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in the deposit not being refundable. However, if we did not contact you about confirming your appointments, please understand that it’s your responsibility to remember your appointment’s date and time, to avoid the cancellation fee.

We do firmly believe in our concept of beauty and hair care treatments. We guarantee all services performed in our salon. We guarantee a one week period for customers to come back to the salon for any necessary measures after their appointments (haircuts & color treatments). Within these limits, please call and appointments will be made the earliest possible time to make any adjustment with no additional charge to you.
